We are pleased to inform you that we have an immediate opening for software associates and trainee software associates. The job descriptions for these positions are as follow:

 

           

1. TITLE:

SENIOR SOFTWARE ASSOCIATE [.NET]

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2.5 – 4.5 years of working experience in .Net Development
• .NET Framework 2.0/3.0/3.5
• C#/VB.Net 2.0/3.0
•  ADO.Net
• Asp.Net 2.0/3.5, Web services, HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, XAML [or] Winforms/WPF
• Database – SQL Server 2000/2005/2008. Excellent SQL and Stored procedures skills, Relational database analysis, design, performance tuning and backups.
• Excellent knowledge in Object Oriented Programming techniques, OOAD
• Excellent English Communication and Written skills
• Experience in Software configuration management
• Experience in SDLC and SDM.
• Experience in writing and validating Unit cases, Code review and UML.

SUMMARY:

This position requires an individual with consulting experience or able to mentor, and provide guidance to Software associates/trainees as necessary. This position requires the candidate to meet with customers and deliver presentations to a multi-level audience on technical solutions. This position requires someone who is capable of owning the entire complex enterprise structures. The candidate must understand and execute SDLC (software development life cycle) for various software applications. The candidate must be able to understand and set up projects structure [SCM]. The candidate must be able to do code review and guide the team to follow standards.  Excellent technical skills in above mentioned requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in managing development application environment.
• Review internal processes, procedures, methodologies (Project Management, Software Engineering, and Desktop Support etc.), standards and work with engineering and management to ensure process is repeatable and efficient.
• Establish standards, processes and procedures to include “build schedule” associated with various applications. This includes code reviews.
• Review applications for intuitive interfaces.
• Establish company configuration management practices for code check in/check out, version control and overall management.
• Assist in technical phone screening of potential new hires

2. TITLE:

SOFTWARE ASSOCIATE [.NET]

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 – 2.5 years of working experience in .Net Development
• .NET Framework 2.0/3.0/3.5
• C#/VB.Net 2.0/3.0
•  ADO.Net
• Asp.Net 2.0/3.5, Web services, HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, Javascript, XAML [or] Winforms/WPF
• Database – SQL Server 2000/2005/2008. Excellent SQL and Stored procedures skills
• Excellent knowledge in Object Oriented Programming techniques
• Good English Communication skills

SUMMARY:

This position requires the candidate with excellent coding skills in above mentioned requirements and fast learning abilities. This position requires someone who is capable of understanding the requirements defined by the team lead. The candidate must be a good team player and adhere to the principles defined by the team lead/project manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand the requirements.
• Write stored procedures
• Responsible for coding modules at various tiers
• Responsible for writing markup and creating themes/CSS [or] creating Winform layouts
• Responsible for Code level documentations.

 

3. TITLE:

TRAINEE SOFTWARE ASSOCIATE [.NET]

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate preferably B.Sc. or Diploma in computer science/ electronics and communication or M.Sc., with minimum 60% marks.
