 Good PC and database knowledge and project/process management skills
 Initiative and independence; Customer focus
 Excellent written & spoken communication skills
 Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores (Strictly 2006 - 2011 pass outs with no backlogs.) with 0-2 years of experience.
 BE, B Tech, MBA & MCA, B.Sc IT, M.Sc IT, Computer Science graduates are not eligible
