· Associate Software Engineer (Pune / Hyderabad ): As part of the Avaya Operations Services (ACS) product support team , this job provides an opportunity to interact with Fortune 500 customers around the Globe and work on cutting edge telecom technologies. You will be responsible for Release, Patch Management, Configuration Mgmt activities for the Global Customers, ensuring that the customers system are up to date with latest Firmware, Software loads and System Configurations. Daily work function also involves troubleshooting, liaising with other functions (Global peers, Incident/Problem Mgmt, Day 1 Team etc), learning and supporting new Products, as and when need arises. The job requires excellent communication skills and the flexibility to work in shifts (Job code: 44316BR)
NOTE: The drive location will be Pune, Hyderabad and Bangalore. Test dates will be confirmed later.
