1. SHOULD HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH.
2. ANY GRADUATES BE/BTech with any % Fresher/Exp GRADUATE/PG (10+2 (Min 3yrs any exp) or (10+3 with min 3yrs any exp) CAN APPLY.
3. SHOULD HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE ON COMPUTERS & TROUBLE SHOOTING.
4. SHOULD BE READY TO WORK IN ROTATIONAL OR US NIGHT SHIFTS.
Profile: Technical Support: Trouble Shooting for Networking, hardware etc
Sub-Functions: LAPTOP, DESKTOP & PRINTER SUPPORT, Microsoft outlook, Outlook Express, Operating system.
Profile: Core Technical Support: Solving queries for US/UK/customers and handling inbound calls..
