Job Description:
Responsibilities:
· Maintain knowledge portal and manage all Connect related issues.
· Customer account setup in connect/Siebel.
· Providing round the clock Coverage for Upstream and Buyer.
· Generates Capacity Planning Matrix on weekly Basis.
· Run reports via Siebel and Business Objects as and when required on ad hoc basis.
· Security alert follow ups
· Processing feedback emails.
· Working on Ariba Supplier Network Tier3 Customer issues that involve Customer interaction over mails/phone, troubleshooting and providing solutions.
· Should be flexible to work in different shifts and ready to work in full night shift.
Knowledge and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred), BSC (Computer Science) or MCA.
· Minimum of 0 to 1.5 years experience in Technical Support required.
· Good understanding of programming languages such as XML, JAVA and ASP desired.
· Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise level, web-based business applications required.
· Knowledge of Web servers like Apache, IIS, browsers, internet technologies.
· Experience on network security and TCP/IP protocol.
· Basic understanding of Networking required (Proxy / firewall).
· Customer service skills like Communication, Customer Focus, Responsiveness, and Case Management required.
· Knowledge on Microsoft products like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint would be an added advantage.
