Qualification:
Candidates should possess MBA or MSW/ MA(Social Work) or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management or Equivalent qualification of 2 yrs full time course with specialisation in IR/ HR/ OB from a University or Institution recognised by UGC/ AICTE.
