• Agile/SCRUM trained or working experience.
• Strong object-oriented design skills.
• MUST be able to effectively collaborate with other members of the scrum team.

QA Testing 4 – 6 yrs • Experience with MSFT SQL is a MUST
o SQL 2008 preferred, but 2005 or 2000 is fine too.
o MUST have proven ability to design simple and complex SQL queries (joins, unions) to validate content.
• Experience developing automation scripts using HP Quick Test Pro is a minimum requirement (MUST) for the automation position
• Experience with the UI Automation tool called White is a plus (this is currently the tool of choice for Omaha for WPF components).
• Experience developing automation that is not reliant on a stable UI is a plus
• Experience testing (manual and automated) Web Services (WSDL, SOAP, WCF) is a plus
• Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. experience as a member of a scrum team) is a plus.
