We have Technical Support Engineer requirement for HP IT in Bangalore, details of which are given below:

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
We are recruiting for the positions of Technical Support Engineers (HP IT).

Job description:

• Provide on-line telephone support for HP employees for their laptop and desktop usage/issue.
• Work effectively with our support partners to provide the highest quality & competitively priced support resulting in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Quickly diagnose/triage issues and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Flexible to work in night shifts.
Candidate must possess:
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills

Job Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Any graduate.
(BE/BTech/MCA/ below 55%) Diploma 10+2+3 (2010 Freshers)
0-6 months of experience.
