Tamilnadu Public Services Commission ( TNPSC ) has announced GROUP I services examination for filling 79 vacancies through Direct Recruitment,
Candidates who are eligible and interested may Apply for TNPSC Group 1 exams online on or before last date of January 28th, 2014 .Candidates should apply only through online in the Commission's Website (www.tnpsc.gov.in) or other website specified by the TNPSC.Before applying, the candidates should have scanned image of their photograph and signature in CD/DVD/Pen drive as per their convenience.A valid e-mail ID or Mobile Number is mandatory for registration. email ID, should be kept active till the declaration of results. TNPSC will send Hall Tickets (Memorandum of Admission) for Written Examination, Interview Call Letters, other Memos etc. through the registered e-mail ID.

HOW TO ANNA UNIVERSITY INTERNAL MARKS CALCULATION
From the year 2013 june anna university created new system for Internal Marks for all anna university affiliated colleges in Tamilnadu.
The Below following methods are calculating for Internal Marks
20 marks (consisting of 15 marks for Internal Assessment tests / experiments and 5 marks for attendance).
Explanation for 15 marks
Three Internal Assessment tests each carrying 100 marks shall be conducted during the semester by the Department / College concerned.

The total marks obtained in all tests put together out of 300, shall be proportionately reduced for 15 marks and rounded to the nearest integer .
The remaining 5 marks for attendance
76% to 80% of attendance - 1 mark
81% to 85% of attendance - 2 marks
86% to 90% of attendance - 3 marks
91% to 95% of attendance - 4 marks
96% to 100% of attendance -5 marks
