Job Description:


 Generally responsible for resolving operating system / Hardware (Desktops/Notebooks) & Network related issues.
 Expected to follow the Work Instructions as per geography to meet operational metrics.
 Expected to provide E2E support to customers (internal HP employees) for better customer experience.




Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline, Experience: 0 - 3 years of work experience (+2 not eligible)

Skills & Knowledge:

Technical Support Engineer should be well versed with operating systems and Hardware Components with good communication skills. He /She should upgrade technical skills with changing technology and should acquire technical certifications as per the business & career development.
